Today's workout was three rounds with the first round 21 reps, second round 15 reps, and third round 9 reps of three exercises Thrusters, Pullups and Dips for time.
Greg's weight for thrusters 72.5 lbs.
Kristie's weight for thrusters 45 lbs.
Greg's time: 9:30ish (he forgot to start his watch until after the first set of thrusters)
Kristie's time: 7:28
We are definitely seeing gains. Recovery times are better and we don't feel as dead after the workouts. Getting addictive.
