4 Sept 2008 Squats

Tonight we did back squats. 5 sets of 3.

Greg's weight: 177, 199, 199, 221, 221

Kristie's weight: 111, 111, 111, 133, 133

Seemed easier this time to get the bar lower on my back. Flexability in my shoulders must be increasing.
