9 Sept 2008 Fight Gone Bad

Tonight was Fight Gone Bad......and believe me.....it was.

Last time we scaled but this time, Kristie scaled the weight but Greg did not scale anything.

Fight Gone Bad consists of 3 rounds 5 minutes each with the following breakdown per round:
Wall Ball 1 minute
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 1 minute
Box Jumps 1 minute
Push Press 1 minute
Kettle Bell Swings 1 minute
Rest 1 minute (no rest between exercises)

Greg's weight: Wall Ball- 10lbs, Sumo Deadlift High Pulls- 77lbs, Box Jumps- 6 blocks, Push Press- 77lbs, Kettle Bell Swings- 35lbs

Kristie's weight: Wall Ball- 10lbs, Sumo Deadlift High Pulls- 56lbs, Box Jumps- 6 blocks, Push Press- 67lbs, Kettle Bell Swings- 25lbs

Greg's reps: 33, 26, 26, 20, 31
