27 October 2008 CrossFit Total

Tonight we did CrossFit Total for the second time. We were looking forward to seeing our improvement.

Greg's numbers:
Back Squat: 315lbs
Shoulder Press: 146lbs
Deadlift: 345lbs
Total: 806lbs

Kristie's numbers:
Back Squat: 175lbs
Shoulder Press: 81.5lbs
Deadlift: 205lbs
Total: 461.5lbs

Ty's numbers:
Back Squat: 56lbs
Shoulder Press: 45lbs
Deadlift: 115lbs
Total: 216lbs
