Today was actually a rest day on the site but since Greg got home last night we all decided to get back at it. Bob made up a workout that we called The Storm. It consisted of 3 rounds for time. First round 21 reps, second round 15 reps, and third round 9 reps of for exercises......bench press, pullups, situps, and squats.
Greg's weight for bench press: 135lbs
Greg's time: 9:00
Kristie's weight for bench press: 67lbs
Kristie's time: 7:18
After we finished The Storm, we did 3 sets of 7 reps of overhead squats.
Greg's weight: 45lbs
Kristie's weight: 35lbs
