Our son Tyler joined us tonight. He is 12 and his workouts will obviously be scaled for a long while. His workout was 3 rounds for time of:
9 dumbell split cleans
11 pullups

Ty's weight: 10lbs
Ty's time: 4:17

He followed it up with an 800m run for a time of 3:44
