Michael did not go well for Kristie tonight. She’s experiencing breathing issues when she runs and we are hoping it is allergy related and not something worse.

With a running clock, do 1 pullup the first minute, 2 pullups the 2nd minute, 3 pullups the 3rd minute, etc for as many rounds as you can do…..
