2 November 2008 (additional items for Kristie)

I had to do the grocery shopping last night so I didnt get to workout with the rest of the crew.  I made up the workout tonight and we added on Overhead Squats.

Workout for 1 Nov was

Thrusters for weight

Kristies weights:  76, 85, 95, 95, 95, 95, 106

Overhead squats

3-3-3-3-3

Kristies weights:  45, 65, 65, 65, 65
