Tonight's workout was prescribed as 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 situps and 100 squats for time. We however scaled to 50 of each.

Greg's time: 12:54
Kristie's time: 7:40 (Kerry said I should have done 75 of each because it wasn't hard enough) hahaha

Working around the kid's school schedule is a challenge but the first week didn't turn out too badly. Got in a few great workouts and tried to stay on track.
