Tonght was five rounds of max reps for three exercises: Bench Press, Pullups, and Back Squats.
Unscaled was body weight but we did it with scaled weight.
Greg's weight: Bench Press-177, Back Squats-199
Kristie's weight: Bench Press-78, Back Squats-111
We both did jumping pullups.
Greg's reps:
Bench Press-8,8,6,6,4
Pullups-14,14,9,12,9
Back Squats-14,13,10,8,12
Kristie's reps:
Bench Press-9,8,7,8,6
Pullups-8,8,6,6,6
Back Squats-8,9,8,6,10
Good workout. Ended up breathing a lot harder than we thought we would. Making progress though, am able to do more weight than we thought.
