30 Sit-ups

20 Sit-ups

Ty's workout was for time:
25 lb Squat clean, 10 reps
30 Sit-ups
25 lb Squat clean, 8 reps
25 Sit-ups
25 lb Squat clean, 6 reps
20 Sit-ups
25 lb Squat clean, 4 reps
15 Sit-ups
25 lb Squat clean, 2 reps
5 Sit-ups
