Tonight was a tough one. It is the first workout that we got to use our new bumper weight plates. Wow, what a difference, they were great to use.

As many rounds in 20 minutes of:
Thrusters, 5 reps
Power clean, 7 reps
Sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps

Greg's weight: 95 lbs
Greg's rounds: 8

Kristie's weight: 65 lbs
Kristie's rounds: 7

Ty cut the time to 10 minutes but did the same number of reps per rounds
Ty's weight: 25 lbs
Ty's rounds: 7
